Teacher Frances Fuller was the last of her family

Halifax resident and retired teacher Frances Leone Fuller died on October 18, leaving an estate valued at $775,000. She was 96. 

Frances left the property of her late parents, Charles and Lottie Knickles, as well as properties of her late brother, Charles K. Knickles, to her executor and niece, Grace Burke of Halifax.

If the Ottoman Cafe and places like it allow their customers to smoke only herbal shisha, they are legal, although a provincial tobacco enforcer says that could change in time. 

Provincial tobacco control boss Steve Machat says he's telling people who are looking to open a shisha cafe in the province to seriously think about the future before they do.
