The Greg Cox inebriation show comes home

He's home.

Wanker of the Week  alumnus Greg Cox, who has been on the lam from Halifax Regional Police for months, turned himself in to police today.

"This morning, Gregory Edward Cox approached a patrol officer and advised he had an arrest warrant out for him. He  was subsequently arrested without incident at 5:20 a.m. in the 6400 block of Quinpool Road," HRP communications gal Dianne Penfound tells me.

Greg, who was convicted of assault against his estranged wife in 2015, is due to come before a judge sometime today.

Armed with allegations that the 55-year-old former realtor/CHUM ad sales executive breached probation conditions not to contact his ex - and unable to locate him - HRP went to court to secure a warrant for his arrest in early May.

As I reported last fall, Greg also faces a separate set of charges regarding a breach of no-contact orders dating back to an alleged incident last summer. His next court appearance for that matter is July 17.

Greg has been rather busy as of late. From partying with Jimmy Buffet in Belize to bedding down in a hostel in London's hardscrabble East End, Greg's been everywhere over the last several months.

Read all about it - complete with input from three of the alleged lothario's former romantic partners - in the new issue of Frank.
