Pill company ordered to pay

by Andrew Speller

The federal government got a bitter pill from a now-defunct pharmaceutical company.

On September 19, New Brunswick-based CleanCount Inc. was ordered to pay the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency $108,557.25 in unpaid loans.

ACOA filed the suit in Halifax Supreme Court on July 23.
