Who paid more sniping fest launched?

Remember a few weeks back when Kevin Lacey from the Canadian Taxpayers Federation complained about last years’s Council of the Federation, which saw all the premier’s get together in Halifax and ring up a bill of $37,363.33? Good times, good times. 

The $37K was the amount paid by the province. The remainder of the $110,054.90 tab was paid for by the Council of the Federation.
