A lot has changed since the first issue of Frank rolled off the presses about 25 years ago.
I’m not just talking the once-”tubular” fashion styles, or “radical” choices in music, nor the grander forces of history like the fall of the Soviet Bloc.

Nadezhda is one of three young women who have been charged with hooliganism motivated by religious hatred after a protest performance on March 3 in a Russian Orthodox church that lasted 40 seconds.
Within two months, there have been three high profile shooting sprees in North American urban centres; two in Toronto alone, and of course the horror that occurred in a quiet Colorado suburb.
Obviously, Canada and the U.S. have different gun ownership and regulation laws, but the fact remains that the streets in both countries are awash with firearms.
If there’s any one thing humanity should be able to agree on, it’s how mind numbingly stupid people can be. Not you and I, of course, dear reader. We’re most certainly the exception.
