The sudden departure of a favourite salesman from a landmark Cape Breton furniture store is being followed by a commercial investigation.
Michael Rizzato, 20-something, was let go from Burke’s BrandSource Home Furnishing, aka Burke’s Furniture, several weeks ago.
Sources suggest paperwork involving credit plans totalling circa $10,000 is being looked at.
